Hillsdale City Hall Mural - "Visions of Time"

In May of 2025, a 3 panel aluminum scenic "Visions of Time" mural was installed behind City Hall to enclose the air conditioning unit.. The artwork was designed and painted by local Hillsdale artist David Youngman of David Youngman Art. The mural includes a panel with a picturesque reflection of Baw Beese Lake, a panel of a Hillsdale City Street with the old train depot, and a panel with a steam engine train.
The dedication ceremony was held on June 14, 2025.
